My practice is in a quiet, comfortable space, where you can receive treatments for what ails you.  I first discovered the benefits of massage many years ago when I ran the green houses for a large interior tropical plant business. It was a very strenuous job and started having some lower back problems. I knew if the discomfort reached a certain point, the only way the pain was going to go away was if I received a good massage.

As a horse owner & rider and for more than thirty years, massage also helped me recover from many an unscheduled dismount, body slams by horses, broken bones and more than one concussion In addition, other injuries, traumas and surgeries have given me great insight & empathy regarding injury, pain and working through recovery.
